At Navella Perfums, orders are processed and packaged promptly to guarantee swift nationwide delivery. You can cancel your order directly from the Track Orders portal at any time prior to courier dispatch.
Self-Service Window
Cancellations are accepted as long as the status is marked Processing. Once handed over to the courier partner, the shipment cannot be recalled.
2% Gateway Fee
A nominal processing charge of 2% will be deducted from the refund payout to account for non-refundable payment gateway transaction fees.
Settlement Timeline
The remaining 98% refundable balance is automatically routed back to your source payment method (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, NetBanking) within 3–5 banking days.
